Day 5

Woohoo, you made it to day FIVE, the last day? I am incredibly proud of you because I know it can be hard to eliminate grains, dairy and processed food from your diet! I have done it because of allergic reactions to these items and found that I have much more energy. I hope you are also seeing an uptick in your energy and enjoyed the recipes!

Now getting down to business. As I mentioned in prior days, follow these recommendations:

  1. Start your day off with at least 32 ounces of water before eating any food
  2. Exercise at least 30 minutes
  3. Drink a green smoothie for breakfast
  4. Eat salad or soup for lunch
  5. Have a snack in mid-afternoon
  6. End your day with a Paleo-friendly meal
