Day FOUR! Only two days left! What food do you most the most? Have you noticed a difference in your waist line? What about other items? What has been the hardest part? If you have made it this far then you ROCK!
Now getting down to business. As I mentioned in prior days, follow these recommendations:
- Start your day off with at least 32 ounces of water before eating any food
- Exercise at least 30 minutes
- Drink a green smoothie for breakfast
- Eat salad or soup for lunch
- Have a snack in mid-afternoon
- End your day with a Paleo-friendly meal
