Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of the clean eating challenge! How are you feeling? How are your energy levels? As I mentioned in Day 1, follow the following recommendations:

  1. Start your day off with at least 32 ounces of water before eating any food
  2. Exercise at least 30 minutes
  3. Drink a green smoothie for breakfast
  4. Eat salad or soup for lunch
  5. Have a snack in mid-afternoon
  6. End your day with a Paleo-friendly meal
